We’ll give NPP double fold of their attacks – Veep

Vice President Bekoe Amissah-Arthur has warned the New Patriotic Party to desist from passing unhealthy comments about President John Mahama or receive a double fold from the NDC.

He says the NDC is ready to meet the NPP boot for boot if their style of campaigning does not change.

“For the past three years they have attacked the president, they have called him incompetent and several harsh words have been used against him. We did not respond because we were working, and when you are working you don’t allow yourself to be distracted.

“But now we are ready for them, whatever they say, we will respond and we will respond in double fords because our record is superior to theirs,” Mr. Amissah-Arthur told a rally in the Central region during the party’s regional campaign launch.

He called on members of the NDC to propagate the achievements of the NDC as compiled in the ‘Green Book’ developed by the party.

Ghana goes to the polls on December 7 to elect a president and parliamentarians. President John Mahama and Nana Akufo-Addo are the frontrunners in the polls watchers tip to be close.
